Sample Itinerary:

7:00am-11:00am  SURF (free time)

12:00pm-1:00pm  BRUNCH

1:00pm-4:00pm SURF/ SIESTA/MASSAGE/FREE TIME

4:00pm-5:30pm  YOGA

7:00 pm  DINNER

A VISIT TO and DINNER OUT in TRONCONES, a small beach town about 1/2 hour south.

All units in this retreat are ocean front. Each guest will have their own bedroom but most will be in a shared apartment equipped with a functional basic kitchen, deck or terraza and bathrooms.

horseback riding $30 per hour….big highlight

Additional massage and surf lessons also available.

Cost of Retreat $1500

Includes 7 nights lodging at Esmeraldas, Delicious Brunch and Dinner Daily served with fresh juice beverages, surf board rental, 1 massage, transportation to and from the airport. And a visit to Troncones. And of course, daily YOGA with Tracy.

Brunch and Dinner and juice beverages are included in the cost of the retreat. Brunch is around 11:00 daily so if you like to eat an earlier breakfast or want snacks throughout the day, you can stock up on these items when we stop at a large grocery store (after leaving airport) that has most supplies you might want. You can also purchase alcohol at this store. There is a small store with basics located approx 2 miles away from the beach that is easy to get to and there are many small establishments close to Esmeraldas where you can grab a snack or a drink. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathrooms and porch/lanai. Each participant will have their own private bedroom but most will be in a shared apartment unit with other yoga retreat participants.

To reserve your spot, please contact Tracy at Tracyoga@gmail.com. A deposit of $750 is required. If you cancel prior to 30 days before the start of the retreat, half of your original deposit will be refunded. Cancellation with less than 30 days prior to the retreat will result in forfeiture of the full deposit unless someone else takes your spot. Thank you!
