Yoga
Tracy Keenan has been teaching yoga for 25 years. Based primarily in Maui, her current studio is Maui Yoga Loft in Kihei. Tracy is a 500 hour RYT with a focus on intelligent creative sequencing. She specializes in postural alignment and flow. She has been surfing for 25 years and attributes her health and longevity to her daily yoga practice.
Esmeraldas
Located in the heart of La Playa Saladita directly in front of the left point break, Esmeraldas will be our yoga studio, our dining area, hang out area and abode for the week. It’s a quick walk to any of the other beach front establishments from here. The accommodations are simple and rustic but with its amazing views and good vibe, Esmeraldas is the perfect spot to stay. Esmeraldas provides plenty of opportunity for lots of fun socializing when you seek it and also has ample nooks for quiet moments reading or relaxing in the sun.
Surf
As you can see from the photos, La Playa Saladita provides a constant “wave machine”. Sometimes its very gentle, other times the wave is a bit more formidable. Always there is surf and fun for any level surfer. Opportunities for indiviudual lessons exist or just join the group for a session out in the water.
